This Shipping and Delivery Policy (the "Policy") details the terms governing the shipment and delivery of products purchased from Two Designer Boutiques (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our") via the Site. The Site is operated and managed by Relex, an Israeli company with offices located at Rameh, Israel.
Please read this Policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Policy. This Policy is incorporated into and subject to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

General Provisions
2.1 This Policy applies to all orders placed through the Site.
2.2 The Company reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at its sole discretion at any time. The most current version will be posted on the Site with an updated "Last Revised" date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy. -
Delivery Areas & International Orders
3.1 Domestic Delivery: The Company delivers products throughout the State of Israel.
3.2 International Delivery: We ship to customers in the United States, Canada, and the European Union. International shipments are governed by the specific terms in Sections 9-13 of this Policy, which contain critical information regarding customs, duties, taxes, and import regulations.
3.3 Deliveries to other international locations may be available only by separate agreement with the Company's representatives. Please contact Customer Service for inquiries. -
Delivery Timelines
4.1 Delivery timelines for products are calculated from the date we receive confirmation of your cleared payment.
4.2 Domestic (Israel): The Company undertakes to deliver products within 7 business days, unless a different timeframe is specified on the relevant product page or during checkout.
4.3 International (US, Canada, EU): Please see Section 10 for estimated international delivery timelines. These are estimates only and not guarantees.
4.4 Definition of Business Days: Business days are Sunday through Thursday, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, the eves of Jewish holidays, official holidays in the State of Israel, and public holidays in the destination country for international orders.
4.5 Delays in delivery may occur due to circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control, including but not limited to carrier delays, strikes, severe weather, customs processing, or force majeure events. -
Delivery Costs
5.1 The cost of delivery will be clearly calculated and presented to you before you finalize your purchase.
5.2 The Company reserves the right to change delivery prices at any time.
5.3 From time to time, the Company may offer promotions or exemptions from delivery fees, subject to the specific terms of the promotion. -
Method of Delivery
6.1 Domestic (Israel): Deliveries within Israel are carried out via Israel Post, external courier companies, or a Company-designated courier, at the Company's sole discretion, to the address provided during checkout.
6.2 International: International shipments are dispatched via reputable global carriers (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS) or postal services. The carrier and service level will be selected by the Company.
6.3 The Company is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages resulting from the actions or failures of any third-party shipping carrier.
6.4 The product will be delivered to the shipping address you provided. You are solely responsible for ensuring this address is complete, accurate, and deliverable. -
Self-Collection (Israel Only)
7.1 Self-collection is available only for certain products, subject to availability as indicated in the cart at checkout. Eligible orders may be collected in person at our location: Rameh, Israel.
7.2 Self-collection is by prior arrangement only and must be coordinated in advance with our Customer Service during business hours: 12:00 AM – 6:00 PM (IST – Israel Standard Time). -
Digital Products
8.1 Delivery of digital products (e.g., downloadable content, software licenses) will be effected by sending access instructions or a download link to the email address you provided, or by enabling direct download from your account on the Site.
8.2 Delivery of digital products is typically immediate upon order confirmation, unless specific processing is required or a different timeframe is communicated on the Site. -
International Shipping: Key Legal & Financial Terms (US, Canada, EU)
9.1 Importer of Record: For all orders shipped outside of Israel, you, the customer, are designated as the "Importer of Record."
9.2 Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees:- United States: Sales tax will be applied at checkout where required by state and local laws. No additional import duties are typically levied on low-value shipments under the current US de minimis threshold, but this is subject to change.
- Canada: You are solely responsible for paying any applicable GST/HST, PST, and customs duties assessed by the CBSA.
- European Union: You are solely responsible for paying all VAT, customs duties, and administrative fees.

International Delivery Estimates & Tracking
10.1 Shipping Estimates:
- United States (Contiguous): 7-15 business days from dispatch.
- Canada: 10-20 business days from dispatch.
- European Union: 10-25 business days from dispatch.
10.2 You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. -
Risk of Loss & Title for International Orders
11.1 Risk of Loss/Damage: Title and risk transfer upon delivery to the international carrier (FOB Origin, Incoterms 2020).
11.2 The Company is not liable for loss, damage, or delays caused after handover to the carrier. -
Liability, Non-Delivery, and Damaged Shipments
12.1 The Company will not be liable for delay or non-delivery resulting from force majeure events or incorrect shipping details.
12.2 Failed domestic deliveries due to address errors are subject to additional re-shipping costs.
12.3 International Shipment Issues: You must notify Customer Service within 3 business days of the estimated delivery date. Liability is limited to replacement or refund of the purchase price after carrier claim approval. -
Returns for International Orders
13.1 Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
13.2 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for international orders.
13.3 Refunds exclude original shipping charges and import duties/taxes.
13.4 Returned goods must be clearly marked as "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid Israeli import taxes. -
