About Colette

I didn't set out to build a beauty brand. I set out to help the women around me.

I am an Arab woman from the Galilee, raised in a small village where I grew up the daughter of a farmer, a man who spent his life studying what grows from the land, and what it could do for the body. I followed him through the fields as a girl, listening to him name every plant and what it was good for.

I noticed something else, too: the women around me, the age I am now, looked tired. Worn down before their time. So I started experimenting. Cucumber and yogurt masks for my mother. Aloe, straight from the plant my father showed me, mixed with honey. I read everything I could find. I wanted to understand why some things worked and most didn't.

That question turned into a Chemical Engineering degree, specializing in cosmetic formulation. I know the difference between an ingredient that's on a label to sound good and one that's actually doing something. That training didn't just satisfy my curiosity; it became the lens I use to choose every single product that carries my name.

What that means for you:

Chosen, not just sold.
Chosen, not just sold.

Every product is selected by someone trained to evaluate formulas, not just trends.

Simple over complicated.
Simple over complicated.

Effective ingredients, clean formulas, no unnecessary steps.

Real prices.
Real prices.

Good skincare shouldn't be a luxury only some women can afford - and it isn't, here.

Care as self-respect.
Care as self-respect.

This isn't about vanity. It's about the idea that taking care of yourself first makes you better for everyone around you.

WHY COLETTE BEAUTY EXISTS

Skin doesn't need to be covered up. It needs to be cared for.

I've spent decades watching the beauty industry convince women that more steps, more ingredients, and more complexity mean better results. I don't believe that. I've seen too many overcomplicated formulas that exist to justify a price tag, not to help skin.

My philosophy is simple: skin doesn't need to be covered up to look good - it needs to be cared for. And caring for it shouldn't require a 12-step routine or a chemistry degree of your own to understand what you're putting on your face.

So when I built Colette Beauty, I set one standard: every product had to earn its place. No filler. No hype ingredients. Nothing on the shelf that I wouldn't hand to my own daughters.
